Just add Surp to sparkling water or savor it straight from the bottle and prepare for relief. 1 tsp is approximately 10mg 1 tbsp is approximately 25-30mg Mix 8 oz. of liquid for every 1 tablespoon of Surp. Use less liquid for a stronger flavor; mix to suit your taste. For best results, stir well.
